A fast-growing technology startup preparing to scale internationally partnered with Pixel Spade to establish a credible digital presence, attract investors, and generate high-quality B2B leads. The company’s previous website lacked technical optimisation, brand cohesion, and measurable analytics, while their paid campaigns suffered from poor attribution and inefficient spend distribution.  


Pixel Spade initiated the project with a full-stack rebuild of the startup’s website, focusing on performance, conversion, and scalability. We designed and developed a high-speed Webflow architecture using server-side rendering and lazy loading for media-heavy sections, cutting LCP by 48%. Custom schema markup for SoftwareApplication and Organisation entities was deployed, along with structured data for FAQs and reviews to improve SERP visibility. The site was also integrated with HubSpot CRM through API-based lead capture, enabling automated qualification and nurturing.  


Our CRO team implemented multivariate A/B tests across pricing, form placement, and CTA hierarchy using Google Optimize and Hotjar behaviour analysis. Findings informed a simplified funnel that increased on-page engagement by 57% and reduced drop-offs by 33%. Meanwhile, Pixel Spade’s SEO and content teams restructured all core pages with strategic keyword mapping, metadata refinement, and semantic headings to target investor and enterprise audiences.  


Paid acquisition was rebuilt from the ground up. Using Google Ads, we introduced SKAG-based campaign segmentation, refined negative keyword lists, and layered intent signals through LinkedIn audience integration. Real-time dashboards were developed in Looker Studio, connecting GA4, HubSpot, and Ads data for precise reporting.  


The impact was significant: inbound leads increased by 228%, paid plan conversions rose 36%, and funding inquiries grew consistently month over month. Shortly after relaunch, the startup secured £2.4M in new investment. By merging technical engineering with strategic storytelling, Pixel Spade positioned the client as a category-leading innovator — proof that strong data architecture and brand communication drive scalable commercial outcomes.
