Code of Conduct & Ethics Policy

At Pixel Spade, integrity and transparency are at the heart of everything we do. This Code of Conduct & Ethics Policy sets out the principles and standards that guide our work, our relationships with clients, and the behaviour expected of anyone representing Pixel Spade.


1. Our Commitment
We are committed to conducting business responsibly, ethically and in full compliance with UK law. We hold ourselves and our contractors to the highest professional standards, ensuring that all decisions and actions reflect honesty, fairness and respect.


2. Professional Integrity
Pixel Spade operates with transparency and discretion across all projects. We do not make false claims, conceal conflicts of interest or misrepresent our capabilities. All services and results are delivered truthfully and in accordance with client expectations.


3. Client Confidentiality
Client privacy is fundamental to our business. We treat all information, data and communications with strict confidentiality. Sensitive information is shared only on a need-to-know basis and stored securely at all times.


4. Compliance with Law and Regulation
We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing data protection, anti-bribery, intellectual property, advertising standards and fair competition. We expect all contractors and partners to adhere to the same standards.


5. Fair Treatment and Respect
We value diversity and inclusion. Everyone representing Pixel Spade must act respectfully towards clients, colleagues, suppliers and partners. Discrimination, harassment or intimidation of any kind will not be tolerated.


6. Anti-Corruption and Fair Practice
Pixel Spade maintains a zero-tolerance approach to bribery, corruption and unethical practices. We do not offer, accept or solicit gifts or favours intended to influence business decisions. All commercial interactions must remain professional and transparent.


7. Quality and Accountability
We take pride in delivering measurable, high-quality results. Every contractor, consultant and team member is expected to act with diligence, accuracy and accountability. Any mistakes are addressed openly and corrected promptly.


8. Conflicts of Interest
We avoid any business or personal interests that may compromise our objectivity. If a potential conflict arises, it must be disclosed immediately to ensure transparency and fair decision-making.


9. Representation of the Brand
Anyone representing Pixel Spade — whether internally or as a contractor — is expected to uphold our reputation for trust, discretion and results. All public communications, including social media, must reflect our professionalism and values.


10. Reporting Concerns
If you believe there has been a breach of this Code, please report it confidentially to hello@pixelspade.com. Concerns will be investigated promptly, fairly and without retaliation.


11. Review and Updates
This Code will be reviewed annually to ensure it reflects current legal requirements, ethical standards and business practices. Updates will be published on this page.
